Job Description
* Reporting to the F&B Manager, responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities of the Bar Team, ensuring the smooth running of the profitable bar operation.
* Inspire and lead the bar team to deliver personalized service that exceeds expectations, ensuring each guest enjoys a unique and memorable experience.
* Mentor and cultivate the skills of the bar team, fostering their growth in mixology expertise and customer service.
* Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to achieve revenue growth and profitability goals.
* Assist with scheduling, sales incentives, training, and other outlet responsibilities to maintain smooth operations and a motivated team.
* Continuously evaluate and improve the bar’s offerings, including menu items, promotions, and events.
* Create and promote bar menus to boost revenues.
* Ensure the bar is well-stocked, clean, and all equipment is functioning properly.
Qualifications
* Proven track record of excellence as Assistant Bar Manager, Supervisor, or similar leadership role within the luxury brand sector.
* Proficient in English and Spanish.
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, outgoing personality, flexible working hours, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods.
* Passion for creating innovative and visually appealing cocktails, with a deep understanding of mixology, ingredients, and techniques.
