Category Specialist
Location: Madrid (Pozuelo de Alarcón) or Toledo (Novés), Spain.
We are looking for a Category Specialist with an analytical profile and a project‐oriented mindset, who will play a key role in connecting industrial operations, Sales, and Marketing in Spain with the global Category team in the U.S. You will be a key figure in turning data into decisions, supporting strategic projects, and ensuring that the global vision translates into concrete actions in the local market.
Key responsibilities
Support and monitor local and global projects
Translate analysis into business cases (impact, costs, benefits, priorities)
Prepare presentations and communications
Develop dashboards and KPI reports integrating business, operations, and finance
Collaborate on market and performance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Act as a liaison between factory, Supply Chain, Finance, Product Design, and Sales/Marketing teams
Coordinate alignment with the Category Management team in the U.S.
