What Youll Do
In this role youll be at the heart of generating opportunities and strengthening client relationships. Your responsibilities will include :
* Managing prioritized accounts in Microsoft Dynamics and SFDC to improve segmentation and data quality.
* Following up on events and online demand qualifying leads and delivering high-quality data to the sales team.
* Supporting local promotional offers (bundle deals new product launches stock clearance etc).
* Profiling and updating customer contact details to enhance database accuracy.
* Transforming unqualified leads into qualified profiled opportunities.
* Collaborating with marketing teams to support post-event lead generation activities.
* Partnering with telesales and sales teams to ensure smooth lead handovers and opportunity follow-up.
What Were Looking For

* Fluent or bilingual in French with at least intermediate English.
* Experience or knowledge of the sales process.
* Passionate about sales and technology.
* Solid IT literacy and comfortable with CRM systems.
* Reliable committed and focused on achieving objectives.
