As a Guidewire Developer, you will contribute to insurance platform implementations within agile teams and drive digital transformation for clients. You’ll work on diverse streams, applying modern technologies and cloud solutions while collaborating with global experts. The role combines technical leadership, mentoring, and on-site coordination to deliver impactful results. This is a hybrid, international opportunity to shape Guidewire-based solutions and customer outcomes.

• Act as Technical Lead across Guidewire implementation streams

Responsabilidades
• Experience in Guidewire development (preferably Policy Center)
• Solid understanding of JVM technologies and ecosystem (e.g., Java 8, J2EE, XML, SOAP, REST, SQL, PL/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, app server, messaging)
• Knowledge of good coding practices (Clean Code, Design Patterns)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or other technical qualification
• 5+ years in a corporate IT environment xpzdshu in a similar role
• Strong business communication skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ideally hands-on experience with Angular 5 or React
