The Role
We’re looking for an ASO Specialist to help improve the visibility, conversion, and performance of our mobile apps across global markets. In this role, you’ll report to the ASO Lead and VP of Marketing, while working closely with marketing, product, design, and analytics teams.
What You’ll Do
* Support the development and execution of ASO strategies across our app portfolio.
* Deliver regular insights and recommendations to optimise app visibility and performance.
* Customise and adapt metadata for local markets, aligning with regional search trends and user preferences.
* Analyse market trends, competitor performance, store assets, and metadata to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Use tools such as AppTweak, Adjust, Metabase, and others to track, analyse, and optimise app performance.
* Support A/B testing for store assets, metadata, and conversion optimisation.
* Apply company and brand guidelines consistently across all ASO efforts.
* Stay current on app store algorithm changes, new features, and industry best practices.
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of experience in mobile marketing, with at least 1 year in ASO.
* Strong understanding of App Store and Google Play algorithms.
* Solid analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
* Excellent research skills and genuine curiosity about ASO trends.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
* Experience collaborating with designers on creative and graphic optimisation.
* Familiarity with mobile app performance and development specifications.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to give and receive feedback effectively.
* Professional proficiency in English.
* Problem-solver with a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
* Working knowledge of ASA, UA, SEO, or AEO is a strong plus.
