Job Description
The Advisor I, B2B Sales position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or the Internet for the purpose of selling basic products and services. This role is responsible for processing customer orders and sales, providing and receiving information, selling client products/services, and providing basic customer service support.
Responsibilities
* Build and grow relationships with resellers to understand their business.
* Maximize reseller trust and loyalty to our brand above the competition.
* Facilitate reseller competencies and certification in BU products.
* Detect new opportunities and facilitate the closure of deals with the help of support team (if needed).
* Ensure resellers take advantage of promotions, events & programs.
* Monitor execution of reseller marketing plan, investment, and co-marketing activities.
* Possibly attend product and/or reseller events to meet key partners.
Qualifications
* Bilingual German with advanced English.
* At least 2 years sales experience, preferably B2B.
* Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
* Value collaboration and enjoy working with a motivated, multi-language team.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred but not essential.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with channel partners, resellers, or distributors.

* Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Thursday 9:00‑18:00, Friday 9:00‑17:00.
