BettingJobs is working with a well-established B2C casino brand, who are seeking to hire an experienced HR Manager to join their team in Melilla .Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordinationPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategiesSource candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreachCoordinate interviews and maintain clear, timely candidate communicationEnsure a professional and engaging candidate experience throughoutMaintain and update ATS and recruitment recordsPrepare pre-employment documentation, including welcome packsCoordinate onboarding and deliver a smooth first-day experienceCollaborate with IT, payroll, and facilities to meet onboarding needsIntroduce new hires to company culture, policies, and systems; support their integrationCoordinate offboarding, including exit interviews, documentation, and access deactivationSupport managers in delivering exit communications professionallyGather and analyze exit feedback to drive improvementsMaintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with policies and labor lawsSupport HR reporting, administration, and employee queriesManage Yellow Slip issuance, providing guidance to employeesContribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systemsRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years' experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee lifecycle managementStrong understanding of HR practices and employment legislationHands-on experience with ATS and HRIS platformsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProactive, approachable, and team-oriented mindsetFluency in EnglishHigh level of integrity and confidentialityStrong organizational and time management skills
