The role
We are looking for an Account Manager to be part of the AW Sales Trade team that is responsible for managing Retailer/Wholesaler and Installer customers. For his/her area of expertise the employee will directly manage the most significant customers in a strategic way and redirect other customers towards a selected network of distributors and resellers. He/she will collaborate with his/her manager in order to acquire the highest volume of orders maximizing margins and making a valid contribution to the team in terms of turnover. He/She will also be responsible for drafting the offers for which he/she is responsible within the limits of discretion established by his/her manager.
Key responsibilities
* Acquire the highest volume of orders at the best possible conditions within the limits of discretion established by his/her manager and the existing DoA.
* Promote the range of products and the most suitable solutions for the segment of competence to all customers.
* Acquire new customers (when possible) and maintain existing ones.
* Ensure the correct flow of information: with the Customer Service Department so that the acquired order is processed correctly; with the Application Eng. Department to enable the most appropriate technical selections; and with the Area Sales Manager to keep him informed about sales activities.
* Maintain the connection and collaboration with the reference office in relation to his work activity.
Qualifications
* Degree in Environmental, Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical, or Management Engineering, or technical diploma with relevant experience in the role.
* Good communication skills.
* Customer orientation.
* Valid driver’s license and availability to travel.

Geographical scope
The work area is Northwest of Spain; home-based.
