Overview The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple communities within their assigned region. This role manages a team of recruiters and supports the alignment of hiring efforts with community needs, business goals, and talent strategies. The TA Manager plays a key role in ensuring high-quality hires, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
Responsibilities Manage the recruitment lifecycle for all open roles within the assigned region.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals and maintain high performance.
Collaborate with Regional Operations, HR, and Community Leaders to understand workforce needs.
Ensure job postings, interview scheduling, and offer processes are executed efficiently and accurately.
Monitor and report recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and source of hire.
Oversee the use of the ATS and ensure data integrity and proper documentation.
Support employer branding and candidate engagement strategies in local markets.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and local employment regulations.
Escalate hiring challenges and collaborate with the Divisional TA Manager to resolve bottlenecks.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
Experience managing high-volume hiring, ideally in healthcare, senior living, or hospitality.
Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus (if based in Mexico or bilingual region).
