We foster strong human connections through regular coffee chats, game sessions, storytelling, and more.The OpportunityThis role reports directly to the VP of Marketing and will manage various go-to-market projects and marketing programs for Process Street products. We seek a self-driven product marketer with experience in crafting customer-facing content for B2B software and leading go-to-market and sales enablement initiatives to acquire new customers.You will need to quickly understand our growth strategy and identify marketing opportunities. Collaboration with teams such as Product Management, Marketing, and Sales is essential.What you'll doCreate compelling content to demonstrate the value of Process Street across marketing channels, including website, landing pages, ad creatives, sales collateral, and thought leadership assets.Track and analyze marketing program performance, report on progress and ROI, and meet goals related to customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue.Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to strategize product launches.Conduct customer and competitive research;
share insights and inform marketing strategies.Develop and deliver product training for Sales and Customer Success teams.Keep internal teams updated on product developments and upcoming launches.Think creatively to differentiate our products in a competitive market.Who you are3-6 years of experience in B2B product marketing and sales enablement, with a proven record in driving customer acquisition and product adoption.Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS marketplace and go-to-market strategies.Strong organizational skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.Confident, engaging, and influential presence within the organization.Proactive, strategic thinker with decision-making autonomy.Experience in writing marketing copy for websites, collateral, and channels.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Our BenefitsUnlimited PTO, typically 3-4 weeks plus major holidays and a company-wide week off in December.Annual company offsite (subject to pandemic conditions);
