In this role you drive delivery excellence for a French-speaking market, leading a portfolio of IT and consulting projects and guiding project managers toward reliable, high‑quality outcomes. You partner with CGI France and Switzerland to ensure governance, financial oversight, and scalable delivery across distributed teams. Your work shapes client relationships and contributes to growth in a multicultural, remote-capable environment. This position offers impact through strategic leadership and cross‑functional collaboration.

• Oversee delivery across multiple projects and clients with consistency and quality
• Coach and supervise Project Managers and delivery teams
• Define and enforce delivery governance and quality frameworks
• Act as a senior partner to clients and executive steering committees

Responsabilidades
• 10-15 years of IT/Digital/Consulting experience with progression to senior leadership
• Proven track record as Consulting Director, Delivery Director, or Complex Project Director
• Strong expertise in multi-project governance and distributed delivery
• Solid background in contract management, SLAs, and financial xpzdshu oversight (P&L, margins)
• Experience with French and Swiss clients
• Languages: French high level/bilingual; English and Spanish professional proficiency
