Purpose of Role:
Connect and optimise new and existing TPS connections towards achieve OM And TTV Targets
Engage in strategic conversation with existing and new TPS assigned and discuss plans for product optimisation
Monitor the production of the TPS assigned and take action accordingly to maximize the opportunity towards reach of TTV and OM Targets.
Increase OM via supplier income and margin actions.
Finalise contracts with new TPS as per pipeline and renew/amend existing contracts as needed.
Commercial strength and acumen to be able to negotiate at senior level with TPS.
Listening and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Skills:
Excellent understanding of sourcing and distribution strategy.
Strong analytical skills to assess gaps and opportunities

Good knowledge of the travel industry and XML distribution.
Advanced user on: Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office, Tableau, Atlas, Accelerate.
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with all audiences.
Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
English Speaker. Spanish advisable
Experience:
Experience on sourcing and/or sales within Travel industry
Advisable to have a commercial/technical knowledge of XML Distribution
