They will carry out thorough search and selection of potential candidates. Present a timely shortlist that closely matches the requirements of a detailed client brief and ensure client and crew satisfaction by lasting results and after-sales service. /ppbr/ppThe Crew Recruitment Consultant will work as a member of the local office and global Crewing Teams; often liaising closely with Fraser Yacht Management and using Company procedures and Professional recruitment practices to achieve goals. /ppbr/ppbKey Duties Responsibilities /b /ppbr/pulliInterviewing crew; /liliReference and License checking; /liliUtilizing CRM and Social Media to source crew; /liliEnsuring MLC compliance; /liliMaintaining and updating crew records and populating assigned software; /liliReception and general administrative duties; /liliObtaining detailed client briefs; /liliPresenting the client with shortlists; /liliAfter-sales service; /liliActively selling and marketing TCN services – particularly on social media; /liliAttending boat shows. /li /ulpbr/ppbEssential skills and Qualifications /b /ppbr/pulliWorking knowledge of industry tools (Job Boards, Social Media, etc.); /liliFluent spoken and written English a must.
