About the role
Compliance is a key team that ensures Revolut’s products and processes meet the regulatory requirements and translate this into the best customer outcomes. They’ve got an outstanding ability to find solutions and carry out testing in a purely digital environment. Those data-driven experts know that better people and machines are the most effective way of managing conduct risk.With our insurance products expanding, so is our Compliance team. We're looking for an Insurance Compliance Manager to implement the regulatory framework around insurance distribution and who can see what’s needed to keep our consumer protection practice in compliance. Be warned, this is a very hands-on role.If you're familiar with Insurance, know what insurance distribution requirements across EEA, and are excited to work on cutting-edge products, we want to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
Advising on compliance requirements for insurance products and related controlsSupporting the insurance distribution business operating on an FOS basis across the EEACreating, assessing, and implementing policies from scratchReviewing insurance product initiatives and providing compliance feedback and approvalManaging the training programmeAssessing and approving marketing communicationsAnalysing customer complaints to identify compliance risksCollaborating with the business to improve customer outcomesConducting compliance monitoring activitiesCarrying out horizon scanning across our operating countriesReading regulations and translating them into applicable actions for the business modelMapping requirements to existing controls and remediating identified gapsCollaborating with the Business Risk Manager to resolve reported compliance risks and incidentsIdentifying regulatory issues proactively and recommending remedies to ensure complianceLiaising with key internal and external stakeholders including Legal, Risk, and regulators
What you'll need
Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulatorKnowledge of regulatory gap analysis, policy creation, and implementationExpertise with insurance distribution and FOS business modelThe ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlinesA solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business riskThe skills to communicate positively with members of various internal teams and regulatorsThe ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detailA demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgementExcellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of regulatory requirements on insurance intermediariesA willingness to develop expertise in areas such as crypto and privacy
Compensation range
Lithuania: €4,600 - €5,500 gross monthly*Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
