Your Responsibilities
* Act as primary point of contact for daily interactions with customer representatives.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels.
* Identify and develop opportunities for technical and economic optimization or post-market potentials.
* Serve as key interface between customer and internal service units.
* Document and describe services, conduct reviews, and provide detailed reporting.
* Oversee and shape complaint handling and management processes to ensure high customer satisfaction.
* Evaluate profitability of assigned maintenance contracts.
* Monitor and manage sales and margin performance of relevant maintenance contracts.
Your Profile
* Strong customer focus and solution-oriented mindset.
* More than 5 years of experience in senior service delivery management role.
* Advanced knowledge of ITIL and service management, preferably supported by relevant certifications.
* Familiarity with IT applications and/or traffic management principles.
* Highly organized, self-driven, with excellent communication skills.
* Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal proficiency.
