At Winning Consulting we are currently looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to join a high-impact digital transformation project for a general client in the retail & consumer goods industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain components, templates, and workflows within AEM
- Collaborate with UX and backend teams to create seamless customer experiences
- Support content publishing workflows and performance optimization
- Ensure integration with other Adobe products when applicable
Requirements
- +3-5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (Sites preferred)
- Proficiency in HTML/Sightly, Java, OSGi, Sling models
- Experience with headless CMS integrations is a strong plus
- Familiarity with Agile environments and remote collaboration
- Adobe certifications are a plus
- English (required), Spanish, Portuguese, or French (is a plus)
