WHAT TO EXPECT:
Step into the role of a Senior Growth Consultant, where you'll be the expert in App Performance Marketing tactics and strategies. You'll become the key organizer of day-to-day pod activities. As the primary advisor to our Growth Lead on strategy and execution, you'll be responsible for shaping and advancing our performance marketing initiatives. As the primary technical point of contact for client communications, your role is central to driving excellence.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
* Provide unparalleled user acquisition expertise, offering clients insights and strategic recommendations.
* Take charge of organizing and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the team, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.
* Collaborate closely with the Growth Lead to develop and refine strategies.
* Lead client meetings, not only reporting on progress but also educating clients on the nuances of strategies, ensuring they grasp the value and impact of our activities.
* Mentor and guide Growth Managers, playing a crucial role in their professional development and expertise.
* Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services and solutions, maintaining the excellence our clients expect.
* Dive deep into monthly metrics, setting targets, analyzing trends, and identifying areas of concern or opportunity that contribute to continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
* Proven track record in user acquisition across Meta, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and ASO strategies for Apps. Programmatic experience is a plus.
* Familiarity with both app and web marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
* Exceptional organizational and mentorship skills, with the ability to lead day-to-day team activities.
* Ability to advise and collaborate with the Growth Lead on strategy and execution, bringing a technical perspective to client communications.
* In-depth knowledge of the mobile tracking and measurement ecosystem, including MMPs, SkAd network, events' setup, SDK, and pixel tracking.
* Experience leading client meetings, ensuring alignment, and educating clients on strategy details.
* Proactive communication skills, ability to lead client initiatives, and staying updated with industry trends.
