In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, driving revenue growth, and representing the Civitfun and HBX Group brands in the market.This is a full-cycle sales role, from lead generation through to closing and onboarding, with a strong focus on delivering a seamless client journey.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through phone, email, and video engagement.Manage the full end-to-end B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.Manage a diverse portfolio of opportunities, including independent hotels, local chains, and global groups.Ensure high-quality onboarding by collecting accurate client and billing information.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and opportunities in Pipedrive CRM.Prepare and deliver weekly reports on sales performance and pipeline progress.
Strong understanding of sales within the hospitality or travel industry.Proven ability to manage a full B2B sales cycle independently.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.Minimum of 3 years' sales experience in the travel or tourism industry.Experience selling B2B software or technology solutions is a strong advantage.Fluency in English and Spanish is required.Additional languages (Portuguese, Italian, or French) are a plus.
Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Pipedrive .Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel .General understanding of technical solutions used in sales environments.
