We are partnering with a fast‐growing consumer marketplace operating at significant scale across Southern Europe. The company is strengthening its Product organization and is now looking for a Content Designer to join a key product tribe focused on the Buyer experience. This role sits at the intersection of UX writing, product strategy and user research, working alongside Product Managers, Designers, Data and Engineering in a highly cross‐functional environment. Your Mission As a Content Designer, you will own and craft the communication across the Buyer journey: in‐app messages, transactional flows, notifications, and product copy that millions of users interact with. You will play a strategic role understanding user needs, improving clarity, and ensuring consistency across the entire product experience. What You Will Do: Design content for product flows: in‐app messages, notifications, transactional communications, and interface copy. Map, review and optimise communications across the Buyer journey (favourites, payments, actions requiring guidance, etc.). Run user interviews and validation sessions to understand needs and test messaging. Maintain and evolve tone‐of‐voice and content guidelines to ensure clarity and alignment across teams. Work closely with Product Managers and Product Designers in defining product decisions from a content perspective. Prioritise work effectively in a cross‐tribe environment with multiple stakeholders and dependencies. What We're Looking For: Native Spanish speaker (mandatory). High level of English (international environment). Solid experience as a Content Designer / UX Writer within product teams, not marketing. Experience designing content for complex flows and consumer‐facing interfaces. Strong knowledge of UX research: user interviews, problem‐framing and validation. Ability to communicate clearly and work in highly cross‐functional squads. Nice to have: Experience in mobile‐first products. Experience in large‐scale consumer marketplaces. Familiarity with localisation workflows. What They Offer: Permanent contract. Hybrid model: 6 mandatory onsite days per month (Barcelona). Annual bonus Work in a mature Product organization with strong collaboration across tribes. High‐impact role influencing one of the most important user journeys of the product.
