You will be leading beloved and iconic brands such as Fluocaril, Parogencyl and Regenerate for Oral Care for the Spanish Business.You will lead a multifunctional team to implement the plan in the marketplace and monitors performance of the support plans. You will participate in various cross-functional teams - NRM, CMI, CCP, Regional Brand Teams and externally with local support agencies such as CPC, PR, activation.You will be the voice of Pharma’s need through our brands! You will share your strategic perspective on performance and quickly respond to category gaps or activation requirements to ensure solid results.WHAT YOU’LL DO:You are more than a Marketeer! We are looking for a channel -and consumer driven, business owner mindset beauty & personal care passionate!BRAND MARKETING PLAN- Leads integrated Brand Marketing Plan development and deployment- Brand audit, Jobs to be done, 12Qactivity plans, Scorecards & in-market pricing.- Proposes brand activity and measurable objectives- Help to drive profitability of the brand via renovation and innovation- With Customer Development, sets national level brand KPI’s and channel marketing strategy and identify relevant in-store solutions- Activates campaign ideas in the national market- Monitors brand performance to implement appropriate plan changes- Responsible for AtL. Ensure that BtL campaign developed by Trade Marketing is aligned with Brand guidelines and AtL- Provides input to volume forecasting, financial updates and monitors key indicators and drivers of brand performance (6P’s).
