Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies
Our project has the goal of optimizing the service operations process and supporting systems to reduce operational workload, provide reporting/forecasting transparency, and tracking SLAs
As a project manager, the expectations are to manage the project scope, timelines and communications.
As a business analyst, the expectations are to work with the service owners, product owners and the delivery unit to identify the requirements for the project and to ensure that the project will meet its desired objective and outcomes
Support the onboarding and training process for Production Partners
Experience in Project Management and Business Analyst role in IT sector.
Experience with service operations processes: global, customer-centric scenario, process mapping and requirements gathering.
Experience with service operation tools, specifically JIRA and Service Now.
Excellent Excel skills
Experience in SCRUM enviroments.
