OverviewAs a Media Planner, you will be responsible for planning and executing media plans and offline advertising campaigns. You will focus on media activation and optimization for several great clients from different industries.
Responsibilities
Hold a global vision of every offline campaign across media: TV, Press, Magazines, Radio, External and Cinema, with a strong focus on TV.
Consolidate the completed activity in every media of the assigned clients.
Collaborate with the definition of KPI's of control (negotiation and media).
Guarantee thorough control and achievement of the specific goals.
Optimally apply the strategic and negotiation lines in the development of every campaign.
Plan weekly the team tasks, making any needed changes to balance the workload.
Establish priorities and the sequence of actions to carry out.
Implement the job process.
Continuously suggest improvements in the job systems, always looking for maximum efficiency and quality.
Have a good command and knowledge of the company's tools.
Qualifications
Desirable Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Advertising & Public Relations or have previous experience (3 or more years) planning advertising campaigns.
Analytical skills.
Meticulous and rigorous.
Able to manage day‐to‐day planning and analysis while maintaining strong relationships with publishers and partner agencies.
Knowledge of tools or advertising market sources: InfoSys, Tom Micro & Excel will be your main day‐to‐day tools.
