Location: Leatherhead OR Swindon with some client site travel
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum + benefits

A global Science and, Engineering firm is on the search for an Asset Manager to help support a valued part of their business. The firm has worked within a wide range of industries, from Aerospace and Defence, all the way to the Public & Private sectors. Across these industries, they have worked on some amazing projects for which they have won awards.
This is a varied role, which will support the EMEA Business Acquisition and Operations as required. This may include short to medium-term assignments on bids/proposals, mobilisation of new contracts, and implementation of new initiatives on existing contracts.
The Role at a glance:
1. Delivers Asset Management activities for the client base to meet business purposes and contractual requirements. Responsible for capturing lessons learnt, continuous service development initiatives and benefits realisation across relevant projects, supporting reporting and benchmarking.
2. Provision of subject matter expert knowledge to implement integrated asset management systems as defined by ISO55001:
3. Support the development and implementation of the asset management systems within the Asset Management Team including digital aspects.
4. Ensuring that the approach to Asset Management aligns to the criteria set out in ISO55001.
5. Audit & analysis of our clients’ asset management systems, to the ISO55001 and IAM standards, providing the appropriate KPIs & reporting to demonstrate continuous improvement in asset management performance.
6. Align asset management objectives to account management plan objectives.
Essential & Desirable:
7. Experience in Asset Management leadership and implementation of change.
8. Experience in the development & performance management of asset management systems and ISO55001 certification within an asset management organisation.
9. Experience of industry standards in structuring asset data, verification, and data migration to CAFMs and CMMS.
10. Degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline or relevant experience.
11. Institute of Asset Management Certificate or Diploma qualification; certification as an IAM-approved Assessor; or a degree in an Engineering/Project Management appropriate qualification is highly desirable.
