Job Description
As a member of the Corporate Workplace and Collaboration team, the selected candidate will be part of a group of IT specialists in charge of defining and evolving the Global modern workplace of our employees being the team expert in Microsoft 365 services.
1. Design, implementation, and development of M365 solutions based on business requirements and new features and technologies.
2. Standardization and optimization of Corporate services in the area of Workplace as well as management and qualification of our demands with our key stakeholders
3. Be part of international IT projects and lead specific sub-projects
4. Hand over new services and solutions to our operational teams based in Manila (Philippines)
5. The technologies used are as follows:Enterprise Server OS: Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and laterCloud: AzureApplication: Microsoft Office 365 suite, Exchange 2016. TEAMS Phone SystemSecurity: EMS, Azure Information Protection
More specifically you will:
6. Subject Matter expert for Microsoft 365 ecosystem, evolution and on demand integrations
7. Designing and technical delivery of complex 365 solutions, leading work-streams on transformational programs and ensuring conformance to corporate standards
8. Assist on roadmap preparation.
9. Support our Merge and Acquisitions team on integration strategy
10. Serves as the Tier 3 support and being escalation contact for our Office 365 Operations Center (based in Manila) for advanced level of investigation and troubleshooting for Office 365 related incidents.
11. Executes non-standard service requests and complex operational tasks when needed
12. Document best practices, KBs and operations manual for our operation teams when needed
13. Work with key external service providers like Microsoft, Accenture
14. Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned
Qualifications
15. At least 3 years of practical experience in Microsoft 365
16. Experience in working in a multinational company
17. Experience on M365 hybrid configurations is an advantage
18. Knowledgeable in Teams telephony
19. Expertise in coordination and escalation to Microsoft and ability to coordinate with first- and third-party software vendors as needed for resolution of business-impacting problems
20. Knowledgeable on ServiceNow
21. Office 365 migrations strategy
22. Knowledgeable about migration tools like Bititan and sharegate
23. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD
24. Knowledgeable in basic Azure Services
25. Advanced Powershell scripting.
26. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Graph
27. Microsoft Certifications are an advantage
28. Key competencies to include coaching, influencing stakeholders, presentation delivery and technical writing.
