You will report to the Headteacher and partner with the School Business Manager to cultivate an environment of excellence, innovation, and wellbeing for our staff. It is very important that you have a "hands-on" approach to actually work with the HR team and not only oversee HR functions.
As our Strategic HR Manager, you will help to transition HR from an administrative function to a value-driven partner, utilising all relevant technology. You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle while spearheading initiatives that align our human resources with our educational mission.
