* You actively support Corporate AMDS H&S Department to coordinate a Team of Health & Safety on daily business challenges, providing domain expertise as part of project needs and support.
* Managing the project execution to ensure project and deliverables meet or exceed AMDS’s requirements and expectations. Structuring project activities in line with scope & objectives. Proactively identifying risks and potential issues, looking for alternatives and pursuing optimal course of actions to minimize adverse impact and maximize project success.
* Managing and enhancing with H&S experts as process owner for project management (e.g., standardization of processes across AMDS, project review, planning, project KPI reporting, building, and sharing good practices, lessons learned, etc.).
* Support on design & provide training / workshops / coaching sessions or internal audits as per AMDS’s needs.
* Any other activities as may from time to time be required by management to improve Health and Safety strategy, goals & expectations.
Profile :
* You bring a Bachelor / Master’s degree in engineering / physics / chemistry (among others).
* Master’s degree in Health & Safety from a leading school is a key asset.
* Experience in delivering health and safety coaching, operational risks, and / or health and safety audits is an asset.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to extensively interact at all levels of AMDS.
* Results-oriented approach and passion for continuous improvement.
* Previous experience in operational excellence or operational risk management programs in an industrial environment will be a plus.
* Ability to navigate IT tools.
* Ability to motivate people to change their behavior.
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Experience of working as part of a diverse and remote Team.
* You are fluent in English. Other EU languages are a plus (e.g. French, Spanish, German).
* Minimum of five (5) years of experience.
* Previous experience in health and safety is an advantage.
Team :
* You will report directly to the Head of Health and Safety.
* You will join a team of approximately 15 people located across Europe.
* You can be located in Luxembourg or other main locations such as France, Germany, or Spain.
