Overview
Vueling is looking for a CAMO Systems Engineer to join our CAMO Engineering Department. You’ll be a subject matter expert in providing engineering support for the fleet.
Main Accountabilities
* ACAM inspections oversight and coordination.
* ARC support.
* SANA/SAFA/SACA technical support.
* Mandatory SB and AD analysis and control in AMOS.
* Evaluation of recommended SB modifications, RILs and other manufacturer documentation to be implemented based on appropriate business cases.
* Manage implementation of modifications to aircraft systems.
* Provide specialist technical support for line/base maintenance activity and AOG recovery to reduce ground time and improve aircraft availability.
* Creation of procedures and ensure continuous improvement.
* Drive business improvement initiatives to optimize operational performance and efficiency.
* Coordination of Part-21 (DOA) modifications.
* Control and creation of part requirements for HT components control.
* Management of Landing Gear replacement plan and vendor relations.
* Technical Assessment of all Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) in accordance with the Approved Maintenance Program.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
* Aircraft inspection findings resolution as part of the Technical Services team (ACAM, ARC, SANA, SAFA, etc.).
* Evaluation of Ads SB MPD and other manufacturer or regulator data.
* Support daily operation.
* Part Number creation, including part requirements in accordance with AMP, PMA approval and interchangeability definition.
* Creation of internal procedures and ensure continuous improvement.
* Management/follow-up to MOC team for complex AOGs.
* Assistance and resolution of records issues and discrepancies.

Education
Engineering Degree or Aircraft Maintenance Engineer certification are essential.
Experience
* At least 1 year of previous experience in a CAMO/Part 145 department is desired.
* Experience with A320/B737 is desired.
