<p>We are looking for a dedicated, versatile, and hands-on HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team in Barcelona.</p><p><br></p><p>In this role, you will contribute to a wide range of HR activities across both corporate and local initiatives, with a strong focus on applying Spanish labour law in practice and supporting compliant employment frameworks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work within a global environment, collaborating closely with stakeholders and contributing to the growth of our company.</p><p><br></p><p>This position requires solid HR experience in Spain, including practical, hands-on knowledge of Spanish labour law and direct involvement in employment contract management and employee relations matters.</p><p>The ideal candidate is expected to have at least 3–5 years of experience in similar roles, including end-to-end recruitment, broader HR processes, navigating labour law topics with pragmatic judgement. and a strong interest in developing across the full HR function.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Tasks</b></p><ul><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding</li><li>Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and define recruitment strategies</li><li>Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reporting</li><li>Manage onboarding activities, ensuring all employment contracts, documentation, and processes are compliant with Spanish labour law</li><li>Support the drafting, review, and formalisation of employment agreements and contractual documentation, coordinating with external legal counsel where needed</li><li>Ensure all employee lifecycle documentation (contracts, amendments, terminations) is accurate, compliant, and properly managed</li><li>Provide day-to-day support on employee relations topics, including disciplinary processes, performance issues, and conflict resolution, ensuring alignment with Spanish legislation and company policies</li><li>Act as a reliable point of contact for managers on labour law application in practical situations, escalating and aligning with Legal when appropriate</li><li>Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with Spanish labour law and regulatory requirements</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain a compliant and scalable HR framework</li><li>Support HR engagement, training, and performance management processes</li><li>Provide general HR guidance to employees and managers</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Offered</b></p><ul><li>Salary: €35,000</li><li>Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.</li><li>Direct contract with the company</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English</li><li>Mandatory: 3–5 years of HR experience in Spain, with strong exposure to local HR practices and frameworks</li><li>Solid, hands-on knowledge of Spanish labour law, with proven experience applying it in real situations (contracts, disciplinary processes, terminations, compliance)</li><li>Experience supporting or drafting employment contracts and HR documentation (in collaboration with legal where needed)</li><li>Proven experience in HR generalist roles, ideally within international or multicultural environments</li><li>Experience managing the full recruitment cycle independently, including onboarding</li><li>Strong judgement and confidence in handling sensitive employee relations matters</li><li>Proactive, hands-on mindset with a willingness to operate across the full HR spectrum</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels</li></ul><p><br></p>
