Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on Salesforce Developer with CPQ expertise to join our growing team. This is a great role for someone who enjoys building scalable solutions in Salesforce while also taking ownership of core administration and system optimization. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency, improve the user experience, and enable business growth.

What You’ll Do
Salesforce Development & Customization
Build and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows.
Develop integrations with other systems (REST / SOAP APIs, middleware such as Workato).
Ensure platform stability, data integrity, and system security.
CPQ Administration & Enhancements
Configure and manage CPQ products, price rules, approvals, and OmniStudio-generated documents.
Optimize quote-to-cash processes to make selling smoother and faster.
Partner with stakeholders to continuously refine CPQ workflows.
Platform Operations & Support
Monitor jobs, troubleshoot issues, and keep the system running smoothly.
Handle data migration, cleansing, and maintenance to ensure high-quality reporting.
Stay ahead of Salesforce releases and recommend features that add business value.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator / Developer, with a focus on development.
1+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce CPQ (a plus).
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and platform capabilities.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce automation tools.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Bonus : Experience with integrations and tools like Workato.
