Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Web Services Operational Project Manager to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company. Human Pharma Services (HPS) provides a centralized model supporting internal marketing teams with end-to-end services, from creative content to digital operations. The HPS Web Factory partners with offshore teams to build and manage websites on Boehringer Ingelheim’s Global Web Solution (GWS), a standardized Drupal-based platform ensuring consistency and efficiency across markets.
Role Overview
As an Operational Project Manager, you will support the Web Factory Service Owner in initiatives that enhance and streamline web delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to gather feedback, provide updates, resolve challenges, and promote continuous improvement.
* Monitor and optimize service quality and cost-effectiveness of Production Partners.
* Ensure adherence to and improve Service Operations Tools (Jira and ServiceNow).
* Lead the implementation of a new help desk system, ensuring SLA and satisfaction metrics are met.
* Plan and execute pilot programs for new services, including demand analysis and performance metrics.
* Support platform migration activities, including site grouping and inventory management.
* Produce reports on incidents and service requests for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate on process requirements with the product team.
* Create technical training content for Production Partners in coordination with the platform vendor.
Skills and Experience
* Academic background in Project Management, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in web projects and website production processes.
* Strong understanding of web infrastructure and lifecycle management.
* Experience working with Drupal environments.
* Proficiency with Jira and ServiceNow.
* Motivated, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and team-oriented.
* Analytical mindset focused on governance, performance, and service quality.
* Fluent in English and comfortable working internationally.
* Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and remotely.
* Interest in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
