- *Your Responsibilities**
- *Accounting operations & Financial close**
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset entries and follow up on open items to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve accounting processes.
- Maintain month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Analyse differences of actuals versus budget and forecast.
- Prepare internal financial reports and analysis to support business decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across accounting systems and reports.
- Preparation of statutory financial accounts.
- *Process Improvement & Collaboration**
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial operations, enhance efficiency, and strengthen internal controls.
- Work closely with Campus finance teams to ensure smooth financial operations and strong delivery service.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and external advisors.

- *Your Profile**
\nWe are looking for someone with:\n
- Bachelor´s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- +7 years proven experience in accounting, ideally in an international or shared services environment.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting processes, reconciliations, and operational finance activities.
- Deep knowledge of GAP and regulatory frameworks, IFRS is a plus.
- Advance Excel and accounting software knowledge, Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required, French is a plus.
- High attention to detail and experience managing projects on a tight deadline.
