Position
Reporting to the Global eCommerce & CX Sr Manager, the Integral Traffic Acquisition Specialist mission will be to drive targeted traffic to our global website through various digital marketing channels.
You will play a crucial role in increasing our online visibility worldwide, attracting potential customers, and ultimately driving conversions.
Job responsibilities
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Define the strategies for the different traffic sources of the company across key international markets. Inbound and outbound: SEA Strategy, SEO Strategy, Performance marketing.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing activation, including SEA, Social Media and Performance campaigns.
- Plan and implement SEO continuous improvements, both technical & semantic, to achieve the defined goals.
- Measure and report performance of all traffic channels of the Brand.
- Measure and report performance of all Paid campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Measure and report all Organic traffic and assess against goals.
- GA4 reporting with full-funnel view.
- Identify digital trends and insights to boost brand relevance and create online engaging content and experiences.
- Performance Media agencies management.
- AdTech & Tracking agencies management.
- New Cookieless environment and technical tracking knowledge.
Department budget & invoicing management.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
MAIN STUDIES : Business Administration, Advertising or Marketing degree.
EXPERIENCE : +4 years’ experience in digital, performance or growth Agencies
LANGUAGES : English and Spanish (Fluent C2/Native). French is a plus.
IT TOOLS: GA4 deep knowledge (usage, adtech, attribution models…), Gads, Meta Business Manager, Campaign Manager 360, TikTok Business Manager, SEO tools, Power BI, Looker Studio, Salesforce environment knowledge.
OTHER : Experience working hand in hand with communication agencies is a plus.
