Quality Assurance Specialist (QA)
Quality Assurance and Customer RequirementsAct as the QA representative towards the customer for quality-related topics, deviations, claims, and notifications.Support customer audits, assessments, and quality review meetings.
Field Claims Management and Market QualityReceive and evaluate quality incidents detected at vehicle assembly plants or in the market.Coordinate with customers, service organizations, and local entities for the technical review of claims.
Field Return Parts AnalysisPerform analysis of returned field parts.Conduct visual, functional, and data analysis.Carry out traceability-based analysis (lot, serial number, production history).
Provide technical support in responsibility analysis related to field claims.Coordinate with internal departments (QA, Production, Purchasing) and Quality HQ.
Implement actions to prevent recurrence based on field claims data.Horizontally deploy lessons learned to similar projects and products.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management or related areas.Experience in customer quality support for components in sectors such as automotive, electronics, machinery, or semiconductors (preferred).Solid knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and experience with VDA 6.3 audits .English level B2 minimum ; knowledge of German is a plus.Knowledge of adhesives, welding, and battery systems is desirable.
