We are seeking an aquaculture operator to work at our farm in Couso during night shifts.
The main objectives include fulfilling the tasks outlined in the farm's annual plan, performing work correctly, anticipating potential obstacles, and maintaining clear communication with other guards, supervisors, and the farm manager.
Responsibilities include, among others:
1. General inspection of the plant's condition (water levels in tanks, channels, and reservoirs), with rounds every 2 hours.
2. Monitoring and controlling water levels in pumping areas, channels, and lines.
3. Checking, cleaning, and maintaining algae removal screens, hydrotechs, and ultraviolet systems.
4. Monitoring and digitally recording water parameters (oxygen, temperature).
5. Checking and controlling fresh water tank levels.
6. Applying and monitoring treatments, including during fish treatments.
7. Controlling access to the farm.

Candidates must have at least one year of experience performing similar tasks or engaging in physical work. Experience working night shifts is a plus.
