You’ll provide hands-on support while mentoring the team in tools like Power Platform, Python, and advanced Excel scripting.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement automation solutions to streamline payroll operations.
- Support and mentor the team in using:
- Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Online.
- Advanced Excel: VBA and/or Office Scripts.
- Python: For data analysis, automation, and light deployment tasks.
- Collaborate on improving data quality, reconciliation processes, and reporting.
- Document and explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Who We’re Looking For
- Academic background in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or similar.
- Eligible for internship or available for a short-term contract.
- Hands-on experience (academic or internship) with:
- Power Automate & SharePoint.
- Advanced Excel and VBA or Office Scripts.
- Python for analysis and automation.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Professional Spanish and technical reading proficiency in English
