The Consumer Proximity Specialist for Southern Europe will have a multifaceted role that bridges the gap between technical solutions and business needs, focusing on marketing related processes.
* She/he will gather and understand the requirements from the marketing departments in Southern Europe, ensuring that the tech team is aware of what the business needs.
* She/he will be the proximity point of contact of the global tech teams to process the new business demands and to validate the application of demands from other regions into any local entity.
* She/he will be involved in testing new tech products and services to make sure they meet the needs of the customer processes before they are rolled out and manage the transition process, helping the marketing departments adapt to these changes and ensuring that they are effectively integrated into their daily operations.
* When there is no global solution to cover the business needs, on some very specific situations the specialist will need to lead and provide support for local and legacy applications.
* She/he will work closely with the C3 Proximity Lead to share metrics on value, adoption and demands evolution.
* She/he will collaborate with other domain Proximity Specialists to ensure a consistent approach across different areas.
* In essence, the Consumer Proximity Specialist will act as a liaison between the technical teams and the marketing departments, ensuring that tech solutions are effectively meeting the business needs, supporting the use of current systems, and guiding the transition to new systems within the Southern Europe Management Entity.
The role involves collecting local insights, demands and feedback on products, conducting change management activities, ensuring the deployment of global products in local affiliates and facilitating the engagement of local Key User communities.
* Capturing affiliates needs and specificities on a specific product domain:Conduct interviews and surveys with affiliates to understand their requirements within my specific product domain and arbitrate/challenge their claims and analyze affiliate data and feedback so tailored solutions that address their specific needs and align with the product's offerings can be considered by Product teams
* Incident Management:Act as the liaison between the Business and the incident support team within the ME, provide functional skills to qualify incidents and orient them to the right capability teams
* Performing roll-out and change management actions for global products of their domain scope:Gather insights and user feedback to enhance product functionality and user experience, prepare relevant change plan & activities and perform local change impact assessment and change activities to ease local adoption of global products, support test activities with end users and perform defined required roll-out activities
* Value Realization :Collect & consolidate relevant metrics/insights to report on value delivered from Products at affiliate level.
Functional Skills:
* Good knowledge in the product domain scope, with a deep understanding of challenges in the product domain for their geographical scope
* Mastery of adoption and change management methods & tools
* Knowledge of Activation, Personalization & Measurement Processes
* Expertise on Marketing Planning & Effectiveness tools & methodologies
* Mediate between conflicting demands or perspectives to find mutually beneficial solutions.
* Guide marketing departments through transitions and changes.
* English is a must, Spanish or French is a plus.o
* Mastery of testing and deployment methods & tools
* Understanding of agile principles & associated ways of working
* Collaboration & team spirit
* Experience on Consumer Data Management (Nielsen or any other source)
* Good communication skills, with ability to clearly articulate ideas, requirements and give feedback to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to adapt to changing business needs and technological advancements.
* Be a Facilitator, having to lead discussions, workshops, and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
