Responsabilities:
* Competition analysis of focused market/products.
* Output of training materials and present trainings internally and externally.
* Engage with customer and run the pre-sales projects.
* Engage with partners, collect questions and suggestions, feedback to related to departments.
* Trouble shooting of basic problems and summarize as FAQ
Key Skills & Requirements:
* Bachelor degree or Master in Telecommunication/IT Engineer Preferred.
* Be sensitive with customer/partner requirements and good at summary.
* Knowledge of IT, telecommunication.
* Knowledge of basic datacenter solutions: server, operative systems, storage solutions.
* Familiar with office tools will be preferable.
* Self-motivated.
