**Location**:Terrassa, Barcelona (Spain)
**MISSION**:
As a Tax Manager he/she will be responsible for all taxes and tax processes of all legal entities.
As an Accounting Manager he/she will responsible to compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual individual and consolidated accounts.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Responsible for all taxes and tax processes of all legal entities.
- Responsible for all Transfer Pricing Documentation, intercompany operations, and Group’s Transfer Pricing Policy.
- Responsible for all individual external audits and for the consolidated.
- Management and control of Tax requirements and Tax inspections of Spanish and foreign companies. (working with external tax advisors)
- Managing and Control any tax issue within the group related to Expats, travel expenses, 7P,.
- Prepare Monthly and annual financial statements (individual and consolidated)
- Management of RDi grants and deductions in corporate income tax.
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
- Economics University Education.
- English Upper Intermediate level.
- A solid experience of minimum 5 years in multinational companies.
- 3 years knowledge of Spanish and International taxation.
- Knowledge of Finance ERP modules (preferred SAP).
- Preferred studies in Tax.
- Experienced in automotive sector will be added value.
