In this role you design, build, and secure Python automation solutions that streamline client-side processes. You will shape reusable automation components and lead critical CI/CD pipelines. You collaborate with business units and security teams to translate needs into technical outcomes and uphold governance across the Python ecosystem. You’ll drive security-conscious development and share knowledge to raise standards. You join a mission-driven team operating at the intersection of agility and security to support digital sovereignty in Europe.

• Design, code, test, and deploy secure Python applications for automating complex workflows
• Architect automation frameworks and reusable components for cross-team use
• Build and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, JFrog Artifactory, SonarCube, and Snyk
• Promote Git best practices including branching strategies and code reviews
• Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into technical specifications
• Serve as primary technical contact for security, infrastructure, and other development teams to ensure compliance
• Advise leadership on Python automation roadmap, best practices, and risk
• Define and enforce security and governance standards for Python development
• Conduct code reviews with cybersecurity teams and implement security best practices
• Document solutions, standards, and processes for a shared knowledge base
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of professional Python development experience with automation projects
• Hands-on DevOps experience with CI/CD and expert-level Git proficiency
• Experience defining and implementing security and governance in a Python ecosystem (e.g., secrets management)
• Strong stakeholder-facing capability; comfortable leading workshops and gathering requirements
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Proactive and analytical problem-solver with a track record of scalable solutions
