<p></p><p><strong>Reports To: </strong>Direct Sales Manager, EMEA Region</p><p>Location: Spain (Home-based with frequent travel across the region)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>The Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing strategic IVF clinic chain & KOL relationships within Spain for the company’s IVF laboratory product portfolio, including time-lapse incubators, culture media and associated consumables. This role plays a key part in developing long-term partnerships with fertility centers, clinics, and distributors to achieve revenue targets and strengthen the company’s market position in reproductive medicine.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>1.Sales & Revenue Growth</strong></p><ul><li>Achieve annual sales targets and profitability goals for assigned territory.</li><li>Develop and implement strategic account plans for key IVF centers and distributor partners.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the Spanish fertility sector.</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to KOLs, embryologists, and clinic management teams.</li></ul><p><strong>2. Account Management</strong></p><ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and clinical stakeholders.</li><li>Monitor customer satisfaction, ensure post-sales support, and coordinate with product application and service teams when required.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and tenders in alignment with company policies.</li><li>Maintain accurate ERP records, sales forecasts, and activity reports.</li></ul><p><strong>3. Collaboration & Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with the EMEA Direct Sales Manager to ensure consistent market strategy and execution.</li><li>Collaborate with the Marketing, Product Application teams to deliver effective product positioning and customer engagement initiatives.</li><li>Provide market insights, competitor updates, and feedback from customers to inform product and commercial strategies.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the medical device, healthcare, or IVF industry.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation abilities (both Spanish and English).</li><li>Proven track record managing key accounts or selling high-value capital equipment in a clinical or laboratory setting.</li><li>Experience interacting with embryologists, clinicians, and hospital procurement departments is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) </li><li>Willingness to travel frequently within Spain and occasionally across EMEA.</li><li>Valid driving license.</li></ul><p></p>
