We are seeking a passionate and talented individual to join our team as a
Route-To-Market Insights Manager. Reporting to the Route to Market Director, you will lead the generation of insights to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making by analyzing trade and consumer behavior, leveraging modern technologies within our business practices.
* Identify Route To Market opportunities for business growth through data analysis and rapid insight generation.
* Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to gather relevant input from business performance and sales teams.
* Facilitate and oversee the insights generation process.
* Define insights use case strategies.
* Coordinate insights processes and use case delivery.
* Lead and develop a team of digital data experts, fostering a culture of data innovation and collaboration.
* Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports with local teams to support strategic decisions and commercial execution.
Candidate Requirements
* Degree in Marketing, Business, Data, or Strategy.
* At least 5 years of experience in business, marketing, trade, or Route to Market roles.
* Experience in trade, insights incubation, and data modeling is a plus.
* Strong data analysis and interpretation skills; openness to new technologies.
* Strategic thinking and teamwork skills.
* Proficiency in English required; knowledge of French is highly valued.
