Your duties
This role supports all business units within the Syntegon group. As the performance marketing expert and marketing analyst, you will:
* Advise internal marketing managers on digital ad strategies, channels, and formats for their marketing objectives.
* Set up, track, and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and others.
* Define KPIs and benchmarks, monitor, and analyze performance metrics.
* Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and messaging to improve conversion rates.
* Manage overall marketing performance tracking, focusing on lead generation.
* Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, content) to align marketing strategies and goals.
* Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to keep strategies competitive and effective.
* Act as an internal expert to enable the marketing team.
Your profile
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing management in a B2B environment (agency or company).
* Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads.
* Experience analyzing advertisement data using tools like Google Analytics and Excel to derive insights and inform decisions.
* Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to improve user experience and lead generation.
* Experience with budget management and ROI tracking.
* Strong knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting within digital channels.
* Fluent in English.
