Community Manager (to reinforce the existing team)
This is a full-time, on-site role in Mijas. As a Community Manager, you will:
* Engage with our community and manage social media channels.
* Organize online advertising and communication.
* Develop strategies for community growth, respond to inquiries, create emailing campaigns and ensure a positive experience for all community members.
* Create and develop marketing strategies under the orders of the Chief Sales & Marketing Oficer, together with an existing community manager.
* Produce data analysys and follow-up on new leads data.
Is This You?
* Expertise in community engagement and social media management.
* Skills in event organization and client communication.
* Ability to develop community growth strategies and handle inquiries effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in multiple languages.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Experience in real estate or related industries is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory); other languages are a plus.
