We’re recruiting on behalf of a global brand activation partner known for creating meaningful and sustainable brand experiences. They are seeking a Senior Creative Artworker to join their team, creating standout marketing assets across print and digital media.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation and production of marketing materials for a global brand.
Make sure all designs follow brand guidelines across print, digital, social, and POS.
Work closely with a diverse team and support junior designers and local teams.
Use Adobe Creative Suite, 3D tools, pre-press, and motion graphics to produce high-quality work.
Manage project timelines and workloads while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Communicate clearly with clients and teams, offering creative solutions and maintaining brand consistency.
Skills & Experience
3+ years of solid experience in print and digital design, with a strong creative production background
Skilled in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, plus 3D rendering and image editing
Background in agency or trade marketing is a plus
Well-organized and confident managing multiple projects
Fluent in German and highly proficient in English - a must
Detail-oriented, proactive, and brings a positive mindset
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
