Prepare ingredients for Pizza, including making pizza dough, grating cheese, and slicing or chopping toppings such as vegetables and meats. Also prepare fresh tomato sauces if necessary. Pizza chefs may also prepare ingredients for calzones, sandwiches, garlic bread, and simple pasta dishes.
Operate oven controls to regulate temperatures and set baking times. Ensure the kitchen meets safety and health standards by operating and monitoring baking equipment and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and utensils.
Perform other tasks as required by the Executive Chef, updated by Cipriani Management from time to time.
