They are a global service provider specializing in repair, servicing, and maintenance for prestigious marine projects worldwide.
As a Project Manager, you will provide solutions, expertise, and advice to our customers regarding their sailing systems. You will work both independently on small projects or accounts and assist Senior Specialists and management on larger projects and accounts.
Main Responsibilities
* Advise customers on technical matters regarding sailing systems, including rigs, standing rigging, and running rigging. Other areas of interest are hydraulic and mechanical systems and composites.
* Sell and propose solutions to customers' issues and offer our products and services. Scope and price proposals for customers.
* Manage work and projects (project management).
* Occasionally carry out rigging and sailing system works on yachts up to 70 feet (hull length) and assist in works on larger yachts.
* Deliver and close projects ensuring company, customer, and personal satisfaction. Follow up regularly with customers.
* Prepare Standard Operating Procedures with multimedia content (videos, photos, diagrams).
* Share knowledge and learnings with the team via our digital knowledge sharing system.
Technical Skills
* Approximately 2-3 years' experience in a similar role. Proficiency in English.
* University Degree or related qualification; Spanish language skills are a plus. Valid driving license.

* Demonstrate leadership skills while managing projects.

* Problem-solving mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Passion for sailing and strong interest in sailing systems.
* Experience with carbon fibre products, mechanical work, and understanding hydraulics/electrical systems is an advantage.
