Mucha suerteA challenging job contentYou are responsible for the commercialization of Globachem's own developed innovative crop protection products in the different South-European countries.You provide market insights, map competition and competing products.You are able to build a strong technical basis and understanding about our innovations and to transform your technical knowledge in compelling use recommendations to support a quick and convincing adoption in the market.You lead pre-launch initiatives and support distributors to ensure successful product introductions through demo trials, technical training and presentations.You are well connected with a solid network of distributors, CRO's, advisors and industry influencers in at least Spain and Italy and are capable to build such a network in other South- European countries.You coordinate annual trial plans to meet regulatory, crop safety, compatibility and sales requirements.You represent Globachem at local congresses and symposiums.Together with the responsible sales manager, you select the distribution partners and set pricing.You work closely with your colleagues from Sales&Marketing;, and also across other departments such as R&D;, Product Development, Regulatory and Supply Chain.You are part of the Sales & Marketing department and report to the Business Development Manager at our Headquarters in Belgium.Key skills and qualificationsYou have a degree in Agronomy, Bio-engineering or any related
