**About the Role**:
Pengaya Group, in partnership with Cross Border Talents, is hiring for a integral tech leader in digital marketing ads. We’re looking for a **German-speaking Business Development Representative** to help drive outbound sales efforts across the EMEA region.
This is a hybrid role based in Barcelona, working on a dynamic, fast-paced sales team.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Drive outbound sales campaigns and qualify business leads
- Connect with C-level decision-makers to understand needs and offer tailored cloud solutions
- Manage leads, activities, and deal updates in Salesforce
- Meet daily/weekly outreach targets and quarterly sales goals
- Help grow the customer base across EMEA
**What You’ll Need**:
- C2 level German + fluent English
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Experience in outbound or B2B sales (IT/Cloud is a plus)
- Good understanding of business needs and value-based selling
- Comfortable in a quota-driven, phone-based environment
- Solid computer/CRM (Salesforce) skills
**Nice to Have**:
- 1 year+ in outbound IT sales
- Experience in cold-calling and managing large portfolios
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform

Pay: 1,900.00€ - 2,100.00€ per month
