At Aktios, we’re looking for a passionate AI Platform / MLOps Engineer to help build, scale, and optimize cutting‑edge ML/AI infrastructure in an international and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Run and maintain ML/AI platforms end-to-end, including training, inference, and pipeline orchestration.

Manage and scale ML tooling and platforms such as SageMaker, MLflow, and feature stores.

Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.

Configure and optimize training and inference environments for AI workloads.

Ensure observability, monitoring, reliability, and cost control across AI platforms.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support scalable and production‑ready AI solutions.

Contribute to automation, infrastructure improvements, and platform reliability initiatives.

Support the implementation of best practices related to MLOps, scalability, and operational excellence.

What we’re looking for

Solid background in Platform Engineering / DevOps, including AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD practices.

Hands‑on experience with ML platforms and tooling such as SageMaker, MLflow, or similar technologies.

Experience working with agentic frameworks and LLM tooling such as LangChain, LangFuse, or related ecosystems.

Good understanding of data and ML workflows from a systems and infrastructure perspective.

Strong production mindset focused on scalability, automation, reliability, and performance.

Nice to have

Experience working with data pipelines and data platform environments.
