The CUSTOMER PROJECTS OFFICE oversees large TIC service integration projects for international clients. This team understands business needs and offers technical and consulting support, assisting in design, outsourcing, transformation, and management of customized TIC solutions.
WHAT'S THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE?
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for defining and implementing end-to-end processes for services, including involvement in pre-sales and negotiation phases to tailor offerings to client needs.
WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?
* Project Management: Coordinate and manage multiple internal projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget, and contribute expertise to overall project success.
* Process Development: Develop ITIL v4-based operating procedures and best practices for internal teams.
* Activity Management: Lead work teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
* Service Architecture: Understand and oversee the design and implementation of data, security, and voice solutions, ensuring system integration and functionality.
* Resource Management: Evaluate and coordinate project personnel for seamless execution.
* Third-Party Collaboration: Work with external vendors to acquire tools, software, and hardware solutions meeting project needs.
* Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation for internal and external audiences.
* Financial Control: Evaluate quotes and monitor financial aspects throughout the project lifecycle.
* Executive Evaluation and Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks.
WHAT DO WE NEED?
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams.
* Deep knowledge of technology infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, cloud computing, cybersecurity).
* Problem-solving skills, rigor, and systematic approach.
* Teamwork ability, adaptability to change and new challenges.
* Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Academic background in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
* At least 3 years managing technical projects in multinational companies, with over 2 years in technical roles such as NOC support, engineering, pre-sales, planning, etc., in networking, cybersecurity, or VoIP services. Experience with ITIL v4 processes is a plus.
* Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CCNA, CCNP are desirable; other certifications are also considered.
* Languages: Spanish and English at C1 level.
